- Administering and helping to manage Client’s Product support for the customers who call/chat or email in the support center.
- Customer support to international customers over the phone for voice process (INBOUND and Outbound calling).
- They serve all clients through Account managers or in a few cases without any intervention of an account manager through various applications.
- Report to the manager on performance status and any escalations.
- Graduate (exclusion: BE/BTech/MCA) or High School graduate or above as may be applicable in the Geo
- Provide information, educate customer to update trackers, update required applications & tools and keep SME and TL informed of new issues.
- Customer Service
- Identify and diagnose issues and problems
- Categorize and record reported queries and provide solutions
- Support problem identification
- Acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services.
- Advise users on appropriate course of action
- Delivering customer service through multiple channels including human, digital, self-service, and automated.
- 15 years of full-time education
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
- Responds to common requests for service by providing information to enable fulfilment. Promptly allocates unresolved calls as appropriate.
