Infosys, Capgemini, HCL Will Hire More Freshers in India. Big Indian IT Companies are planning to hire more fresh talents in India. Infosys will be Hiring 55,000 Freshers where as Capgemini will be hiring 60,000 and HCL will Hire 10,0000 Freshers in India.

“The IT firm continues to prioritize investments in talent acquisition and development, and Infosys may hire more than 55,000 fresh graduates from campuses in FY23 under Global Graduate Hiring Program, to support the growth ambitions,” said the hiring Chief Financial Officer Nilanjan Roy, earlier this year.

Further adding, “We will recruit 55k college grads in FY22. We think we will recruit that or a higher number in next year (FY23),” while addressing IT industry lobby Nasscom’s annual NTLF event.

In India, Capgemini’s growth is faster than the group’s growth in 2021. This is because the firm will manage more operations from India. In addition, the initiative will focus on developing leaders in India who can then lead teams around the world. In the remainder of the year, demand is expected to remain strong and fuel hiring.

As there are a lot of new emerging technologies like quantum, 5G, and metaverse, and there are expectations that these technologies will be huge growth drivers in the future, Capgemini is also setting up labs to build solutions around these technologies for customers around the world.

HCL Technologies’ attrition rate increased to 23.8% in the first quarter of 2022, compared with 11.8% last quarter. According to the firm, this rate will continue through the second quarter before stabilizing in the second half.

During the previous year, the company had a net profit of Rs 3,205 crore. We have continued to accelerate our talent acquisition and development efforts. This quarter, we added nearly 2,000 plus net new employees and trained 22,000 plus employees on digital skills.

The company plans to hire 10,000 or more freshers this quarter, leveraging entry-level talent globally. In the past few years, we have rewarded a robust train-to-deploy model that allows us to send the best talent to clients on short notice.
